Living History Theater

John Smith, a blacksmith at Pennsbury, ran away from his indenture in 1686. Why? Listen to John, Pennsbury’s acting steward, and William Penn’s neighbor to find out and hear what happens as a result. This program is included with admission to Pennsbury Manor. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.

Open-Hearth Cooking: 17th Century Puddings

Everything hath an end and a pudding has two. Each cook will be demonstrating a different type of 17th century pudding. This program is included with admission to Pennsbury Manor. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.

Juneteenth Celebration

Pennsbury Manor will be hosting a program in celebration of Juneteenth, which commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. Bring a lunch and blanket or chair and enjoy a peaceful afternoon on the banks of the Delaware River.

Spring Arts: Botanical Drawing
