Open-Hearth Cooking: White Meats, Cheese and Dairy

The grass is green, and the cows are being milked. the cooks will demonstrate 17th century receipts (recipes) using dairy products. This program is included with admission to Pennsbury Manor. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.
