Open-Hearth Cooking: Preserving the Harvest

Stoneware crocks, bladders, vinegar, gally pots, and sugar will abound as the cooks preserve the harvest for the winter to come. This program is included with admission to Pennsbury Manor. Tours are offered at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 pm.
