DESCRIPTION:Make your own holiday decorations this year with Pennsbury Manor’s Ornament Workshop. In two classes\, one for adults and one for children\, you will learn to create Christmas tree ornaments using natural materials. \nYou will learn how to craft quilted pinecone ornaments and create a perfect star out of twine to give your tree an earthy feel. \nIn addition to preparing pinecone ornaments\, kids will be treated to a holiday-themed story time\, decorating gingerbread cookies\, completing a paint and scratch winter wonderland scene\, and designing their own wrapping paper. \nThis is a great way to create holiday memories with your little ones that will last well past the decorations being taken down. \nCost is $30 for members\, $35 for nonmembers. All materials are provided. Classes for kids are FREE with adult sign up. Donations are appreciated. \nYou must register in advance by emailing info@pennsburymanor.org or calling (215) 946-0400.
