SUMMARY:Zoom\, Escape\, Learn!
DESCRIPTION:Zoom\, Escape\, Learn! is Pennsbury Manor’s Members-only virtual lecture series\, being hosted on Wednesdays at 1:30pm on Zoom this winter. Each session will be hosted by a local museum professional. \n  \nOn January 12\, join Kyle Parks of the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation as he tells the story of the Delaware Valley’s unique connections to Sweden\, from the establishment of New Sweden to recent projects illuminating this history. Learn about a storied Swedish vessel (and replica) called the Kalmar Nyckel and the communities formed by the people of New Sweden and their descendants–as well as their pioneering roles in making the Delaware Valley into what it is today.
